Trendix is committed to expeditiously delivering your items worldwide!

Orders will be dispatched through premier courier services such as DHL, Fedex, Postnl, or Bpost, contingent on the shipping address.

Given the diverse origins of our items, delivery times may fluctuate.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, our fulfillment center is affected by movement control measures, leading to delays in both delivery and pick-up of orders. We apologize for any inconvenience and advise you to stay safe during this period.

SHIPPING COSTS

At Trendix, we endeavor to minimize shipping costs, ensuring you get the maximum value for your money. Consequently, we are pleased to inform you that we offer complimentary worldwide express shipping for all orders globally!

Should you require insurance, we also provide Express Insured Shipping for an upgrade fee of US$29.99.

IMPORTANT: Delivery is exclusive of weekends and holidays.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard office hours and is closed on national holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipping delays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

The order status can be found under Order History. Upon successful checkout, you will also receive a confirmation email for your order.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you another email with your tracking information, or click here to track your order.

If you haven’t received a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at trendix.shoes@gmail.com for further information.

IMPORTANT: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the ‘Order Shipped’ email is sent.

MISSED DELIVERY

If we are unable to reach you at the specified shipping address, our courier will leave a message via tracking or on paper at your residence.

Alternatively, they’ll leave a card confirming they left it with a neighbor or in a secure place, when they will attempt redelivery, or provide details on how to collect it.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, potentially causing a delay in the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for items not accepted in the specific destination or region.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Trendix is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (duties, taxes, etc.).

REFUNDS / ORDER CANCELLATION

Unfortunately, we must inform you that we do not allow refunds or order cancellations once payment is made. 😔

However, we maintain a flexible 30-day goods exchange policy for ALL our cherished customers.

Trendix gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided a return request is received by us within 30 days of receiving the item, and it is returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.

The return fee of $49.99 USD must be borne by the customer, who must arrange the shipment themselves.

Once returns are received and accepted, we will resolve this as promptly as possible.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

We deeply regret if you’ve received an email stating that one or more of the items you ordered are out of stock. 😔 When this happens, it means we thought we had the item in stock when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order, we realized the item was no longer available. We will cancel the item and refund it, even if your order is confirmed. Upon cancellation, you will receive an email notification
